This is really simple and a shorter list.
Do ASK NICELY
Do remember where you died (Coordinates are helpful)
Do ask for info on how to help yourself
Do help others too once in while
Do read the manual
Do read tips and tricks on message board
Do try to do things yourself
Etiquette
This is where one of the golden rules comes in.
Do unto other's as you would have them do unto you. If you generally have good manners, you won't likely run into a lot of problems. If however you forget the fact that behind every character you see on your screen, is a real, live, breathing human being, you will have issues. People are people, and you are playing a game with other PEOPLE, not just toons on your screen to do your bidding.

Don't beg
Don't spam and ask/demand repeatedly
Don't try to get people to do things FOR YOU
Don't try to just get free stuff and items
Don't ask people to do quests for you
Don't ask others to power level you unless they are your friend
Don't be rude
Don't act like a punk...or punkette lol
Don't use all caps but one letter
You wouldn't consider walking up to a total stranger in real life and saying "Give me money" or "Give me your stuff" or "take me here or there" or tell somebody "You need to leave this is my area" so why would you do that in the game?
If however, you really would approach strangers in real life and make those types of demands or say those types of things, then you have issues and you will most likely have issues in the game as well.
Be considerate of other people, because that is who you are playing a game with. Other people.
